RETURNED GOODS: You must have an RGA# for all returned goods. All returns are subject to Corporate Management approval and will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 20% on product that is in saleable condition. Product returned without an RGA may be refused. Purchaser is liable for additional fees incurred for items returned with out a RGA# or that is in unsalable condition.

WARRANTIES: This Corporation's only obligation to the user shall be, at our option, to repair or replace any portion of a product that proves defective. All goods sold by this Corporation carry the manufacturer's warranty. The commercial user assumes all risk for the use, misuse, application or misapplication of any product sold here. Likewise, the user assumes any direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of the use or in-ability to use these products. The user shall determine any merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products sold here. In no event shall this Corporation be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for any claimed defect, breach, warranty, or breach of contract.
